Organic Trade Association is present each year at the world’s most promising, high-value international trade shows, promoting U.S. organic products and fostering global trade. Our large, attractive exhibit includes select U.S. organic producers’ brands and sales materials. Several U.S. producers have displays at the booth, and leaders and sales executives are on-site to present to global buyers.

In addition, U.S. producers presenting at these key trade shows can request booth placement near OTA from trade show organizers – ensuring maximum trade show traffic from relevant global buyers. OTA also works with U.S. exhibitors’ marketing and booth development teams on strategies and tips for increased trade show exposure.

SIAL Paris is a unique global food event featuring the world’s leading retail and foodservice buyers in one location.  Occurring every two years, SIAL attracts over 150,000 visitors from not only the European Union but also from the rest of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

The Organic Trade Association will have a booth at SIAL Paris, and will also host U.S. organic companies in shared booth space. Participants must register and pay the $600 co-pay at the time of registration.

Co Pay includes:

- Tabletop in OTA booth
- 1 round trip economy flight to and from Paris, booked through OTA’s travel agent
- Hotel stay for 1 for the duration of the activity
- Fascia and counter graphics
- Travel to and from the show daily via public transportation or as part of the USA pavilion shuttle
- 1 Group dinner, and buyer dinner support

Note: Travel to and from the airport is at the participant’s own cost. First time exhibitors will be given priority.  All exhibitors must complete OTA’s onsite evaluation and a 6 month follow-up evaluation.

For all USDA MAP programs, 51% or more of the products you promote must be 51% or more made of U.S. produced ingredients either by value (cost of the ingredients) or volume (against overall weight of the product).  This is the federal USDA regulation for participation and part of the declaration you agree to when signing up for OTA activities.
