The OTA Calendar is full of events that are either organized or attended by OTA. We are pleased to organize and support dozens of events that advance organic agriculture and trade throughout the year. Some of these are signature OTA events hosted for members, while others are regional, national, or international conferences where OTA staff are featured keynotes and panelists. Whether we’re bringing the latest news and trends about the organic industry to diverse audiences, sponsoring business networking gatherings, or hosting listening sessions to gather feedback from the sector, you can count on OTA to be part of the action.

Food & Hotel Asia is taking place March 31 - April 3, 2020 in Singapore. More than just a platform for buyers to source for products, FHA-Food & Beverage will provide valuable insights into developments and future trends of the food & beverage industry in Asia and beyond, enabling attendees to stay ahead of the competition.

Organic Trade Association will host a pavilion of U.S. organic companies at the show in 2020! Because we have limited space at this event, each application is subject to approval. Your $600 registration fee includes:

(1) round trip economy flight to Singapore (booked though an Organic Trade Association travel agent),
(1) single hotel room for the duration of the activity,
(1) 1m table top counter display within the Organic Trade Association booth in the USA pavilion,
Logo screening and other marketing materials,
and (1) group dinner and buyer support.
Please note that all other expenses, such as meals, samples, shipping costs, and the cost to and from the airport, are at the exhibitors' own expense.

North American Agricultural Journalists [NAAJ] Annual Meeting

The North American Agricultural Journalists [NAAJ] Annual Meeting is taking place April 26-28, 2020 in Washington, D.C. Meeting sessions generally include a business meeting Sunday afternoon following by a pay-your-own group dinner, a variety of newsmakers followed by the banquet and writing awards celebration at the National Press Club on Monday, and visits with elected officials on Tuesday.

NOSB Spring Meeting

NOSB Spring Meeting

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 - 9:00am to Friday, May 1, 2020 - 5:00pm

The National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) Spring Meeting will be taking place April 29 - May 1, 2020 in Crystal City, VA. 

The NOSB will meet to discuss substances petitioned for addition to or deletion from the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List), substances due to sunset from the National List in 2022, and recommendations on organic policies.

The National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) typically meets twice per year in various locations around the United States. During meetings, the NOSB listens to public comments, discusses agenda items, and then votes on recommendations to the Secretary in a public forum. Detailed meeting information, including agendas, locations, proposals, and public comments, will be posted below as it becomes available.
