OTA Annual Awards Celebration

OTA hosts a perennially popular, always fun and undeniably inspirational event in Baltimore on the night before the Expo East conference and tradeshow begins. Each year, we recognize organic visionaries who are transforming our sector in the backdrop of a beautiful and unique event space over a delicious organic dinner.
 
With 300 organic executives in attendance, this Wednesday night party is your best bet to network and start the show off right. OTA's Annual Awards Celebration is recognized as not just the best organic meal in town but also the chance to be among the best organic company. Organic PAC Fall Fundraiser

Thursday, September 22, 2016 - 7:00pm

Organic PAC will bring supporters together on September 22, 2016, to watch the Orioles take on the Red Sox at Camden Yards. OTA’s Organic PAC provides financial assistance to candidates for Congress who are influential in protecting and promoting organic food and farming, and is the only Political Action Committee dedicated solely to that end. With the mid-term elections recently behind us, the strategic work of Organic PAC will be critical in positioning organic on the Hill for the future.

Organic PAC, the only political action committee working to advance organic agriculture and trade, will bring supporters together during Organic Week in D.C. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 6:30 PM for a grand slam event.  Attendees will enjoy the comfort of a private box while watching the Nationals take on the Mets. Individuals can give back to the industry that supports them by investing in Organic PAC—the single-most important way you can strengthen the organic sector’s voice in Washington, D.C. Last year's inaugural, 10-day festival garnered 109 million consumer impressions and featured 100 members taking part. We anticipate this year's myth-busting campaign to reach even further.

Join the conversation! Dr. Jessica Shade of The Organic Center and OTA are co-hosting a #BeeOrganic Twitter Party on pollinator health on Thursday, June 18, from 5 to 6 p.m. EST. OTA will be asking the questions, and Dr. Shade will be discussing how and why organic is bee-friendly agriculture. Come with questions for Dr. Shade! Organic in the Pacific Northwest

The Organic Trade Association and Theo Chocolate will host a regional conversation and mixer for the Pacific Northwest organic community on Thursday, July 23, 2015. We'll kick off the event with a Theo Chocolate factory tour, where attendees can see the nation's first certified organic "bean to bar" chocolate factory. Then we'll head across the street to Fremont Foundry for a roundtable discussion about challenges and opportunities for organic farm producers and food processors in the region. We'll end the evening with a hosted reception featuring local organic fare with a focus on fermented products.
