The Minnesota Organic Conference, hosted annually by the Minnosota Department of Agriculture, is a conference and trade show for farmers and others interested in organic agriculture. The 2021 conference will be taking place virtually January 7, 14, 21, 28, 2021. All sessions begin at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Recordings will be available for one week following each session.
