The Organic Center has been invited to attend the School Supported Agriculture Luncheon as part of the Smithsonian Food History Weekend. School Supported Agriculture's goal is to build a global movement where all public schools and universities buy their food directly from local, regenerative organic farmers, ranchers, and food purveyors. They believe this dramatic shift in procurement is an effective and immediate way to mitigate climate change, address children's health, educate out next generation, and bring our communities together.
