Las Vegas, Nevada

The 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show, taking place January 19-21, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, offers trend-setting makers, buyers, and distributors a first look at the products, flavors, and ideas set to reshape retail shelves and menu listings across the country and the world.

  • This year’s show will feature the First Taste Experience, a food hall located on the show floor offering a curated showcase of new-to-market products, with a fresh on-trend theme debuting each day. The Show will also feature the new Spark Showcase area, offering all-day programming that will spark new ideas, new connections, and new discoveries via a rotation of expert programming, pitch sessions, and networking opportunities. Additionally, the new Ask the Experts space allows attendees the opportunity to meet with industry experts via 1:1 or small-group sessions to receive personalized guidance for their food businesses.
  • The Show will be co-located with Tastemaker's annual gathering of food bloggers and content creators, creating unprecedented opportunities for networking and collaboration between Fancy Food Show attendees and food influencers.

On Tuesday, January 21 at 11:30 a.m., Stephanie Jerger of Organic Trade Association will present Organic Industry Survey data and talk about opportunities and resources to support the transition to organic.
