The Organic Trade Association is proud to highlight the people, ideas, and innovations shaping the organic community.
We invite OTA members to submit news, stories, and milestones throughout the year for potential feature across OTA communications, including newsletters, social media, and the OTA website.
Whether you’re launching a new product, advancing an initiative, celebrating a milestone, or sharing research or partnerships, we want to help amplify your work.
What Can You Submit?
We welcome a wide range of member stories, including:
Product launches and brand updates
Programs, initiatives, and partnerships
Research, reports, and thought leadership
Events, webinars, and announcements
Company milestones and achievements
Member spotlights and success stories
Submissions may include written content, images, videos, or links to multimedia.
Submission Guidelines
To ensure this platform remains focused on storytelling and industry advancement, please note the following:
Submissions must be informational in nature and highlight news, milestones, research, partnerships, or other meaningful updates.
This form is not intended for direct sales pitches, fundraising appeals, vendor promotions, or requests for member services or business opportunities.
Content should not solicit products, services, investments, or partnerships from other OTA members.
OTA reserves the right to decline submissions that are promotional, commercial in nature, or outside the scope of member storytelling.
The Share Your Organic Story platform is designed to celebrate and elevate the work of our members—not to facilitate solicitations.
How It Works
Submissions are accepted year-round—there is no deadline.
All submissions are reviewed by the OTA communications team.
While we aim to feature as many member stories as possible, submission does not guarantee publication.
Content may be edited for clarity, length, and alignment with OTA channels.
If your submission is selected, it may be shared across one or more OTA platforms with appropriate attribution.
Tips for a Strong Submission
To help us best evaluate your story, consider including:
What’s new or noteworthy
Why it matters to the organic community
Any relevant timing (launch dates, events, milestones)
Visual or multimedia assets, if available
The more context you provide, the easier it is for us to spotlight your work.
