“Trusted Advisor” is a category of professional who is qualified to advise and assist companies who have purchased OTA's Organic Fraud Prevention Guide in developing a fraud prevention plan as part of their Organic Systems Plan. Trusted Advisors are experts in organic compliance and VACCP (Vulnerability Assessment Critical Control Points) and can go in-depth with enrolled participants to carry out a vulnerability assessment and develop an Organic Fraud Prevention Plan. Trusted Advisors automatically qualify as a “Competent Partner.”
To obtain this status, the following qualifications must be met. ALL applicants will be expected to pay a one-time application fee of $100. All approved applicants will be expected to sign an annual license contract, pay an annual license fee based on annual revenue, and sign a contract for the use of the Organic Fraud Prevention Guide “Partner” logo. The licensing fee covers the promotion of your services on OTA.com and Find.Organic, as well as your use of the “Partner” logo that was exclusively designed for Trusted Advisors. License fee levels are outlined below.
