Board Policies

Board polices define codes of conduct and acceptable ways to organize and run the Association. OTA’s governance policies include rules and procedures for everything from OTA’s Code of Ethics, to use of the OTA Member Logo, to operating guidelines for OTA’s Forums, Task Forces, and Councils. There are also internal guidelines on important topics like document retention and whistleblower protection for employees.
