The Organic Trade Association team curates programming and speakers for Organic Week based on a combination of industry trends/data, speaker/session proposal submissions, and recommendations from partners and event sponsors. At the end of the proposal submission window, our team will review all ideas and work together to create an impactful agenda that serves to grow and protect organic with a unifying voice from farm to marketplace. Session Submission Types:
- Mainstage – keynote, fireside chat, panel discussion
- Breakout – keynote, fireside chat, panel discussion
- Session topic recommendation only
- Session speaker recommendation only
- Working Group Session - a topic or question worth exploring together with other Organic Week attendees through an interactive working group session.
Guidelines for Session Proposals:
- No brand specific promotions
- No speaker self-promotion
- Focus on larger industry audience and stakeholder engagement
- Keep submissions short and concise
- Fresh new ideas are welcome
