Walter Robb is an investor, mentor, and advisor to the next generation of American food companies. Robb has dedicated his career to bringing healthier, more sustainable food to more people, and striving to bring purpose and values to business. As former co-CEO of Whole Foods Market, Robb has a long and varied entrepreneurial history, ranging from natural food retailer to farmer to consultant. Robb joined Whole Foods Market in 1991 and in 2010 was named co-CEO along with John Mackey, at which time he joined the Whole Foods Market Board of Directors. In 2017, Robb transitioned his leadership focus to mentoring and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs through the creation of Stonewall Robb Advisors. Robb is Executive-in-Residence at S2G Ventures and serves on the Board of Directors for Union Square Hospitality Group, Tilray (NASDAQ: TLRY), LIVEKINDLY Collective, Apeel Sciencesand Hungry.

Roma McCaig brings more than 25 years of corporate social responsibility and communications experience to this new role at Clif Bar & Company. She has a successful track record of driving high-profile business strategies and large change initiatives in the consumer-packaged goods, healthcare, and technology industries. Prior to joining Clif in 2021, Roma was at Campbell Soup Company in the role of vice president, corporate responsibility, and sustainability where she led the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. Her work focused on the development and implementation of 14 key issue action areas designed to enhance business performance, energize employees, support the company brand, and ultimately drive positive societal impact.
Brenna Davis | CEO, Organically Grown Company
Brenna is an internationally recognized leader regarded for guiding businesses to triple-bottom-line success. She joined OGC in early 2022, bringing a strong foothold in both the organic and sustainability communities. A Northwest native, Brenna most recently served as VP of Social and Environmental Responsibility and Communications at PCC Community Markets in Seattle, the nation’s largest community-owned grocer. She brings a proven track record of advocacy for organic farmers and preservation of farmland and valuable leadership experience in retail grocery and business growth. Before PCC, Brenna held sustainability-focused leadership roles at Virginia Mason Health System, Puget Sound Energy, and AT&T Wireless. A recognized thought leader across multiple sectors, Brenna was tapped to work with the Obama Administration on climate change and served on a panel on climate justice led by Vice President Al Gore. She is also a certified Human Potential Institute coach with a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
