Belltown Farms LTD

In 2016, Michael Kaplan and Tom Hill-Norton, two long-time friends and business partners, saw an opportunity. The American eater was overwhelmingly choosing organic food and, the U.S. food supply chain was struggling to keep up. They launched Belltown Farms with the belief that farming can meet the needs of today, while protecting our planet for future generations.

Belltown regenerative farming provides an opportunity to have a positive impact on soil health, biodiversity, carbon emissions, and local communities. And, at the same time, supply high-quality ingredients to the expanding organic industry. Belltown builds partnerships with leaders in the American food and beverage industry to provide consistent organic supply chains.

Today, Belltown Farms owns and operates more than 10,000 acres in the U.S., transitioning land to USDA certified organic, and operating these farms in line with regenerative principles. In the next few years, Belltown aims to acquire and operate 50,000+ acres of farmland across the US.

Big Tree Organic Farms

We believe that food is at the heart of vibrant health for our bodies and our planet. After living in Indonesia and working in sustainable agriculture for several years, my wife Blair and I set out with the mission to produce good-for-you foods that support a better-for-you world. That’s when we discovered the magic of Nira, the organic nectar of the coconut blossom, and Big Tree Farms was born in 2003.

By using regenerative farming to harvest Nira we restore soils, stay true to ancient practices, and protect our natural resources. The hand-harvested, delicious nectar is then transformed into organic, fair-trade products like our Coconut Sugars and Coco Aminos that offer better alternatives to cane and soy.

Today, with the support of our farmer partners, we have blossomed into the world's largest and most sustainable coconut supply chain, and we remain committed to positively impacting our farmer communities, our health, and our planet.

Nira is the nectar from the flower blossom of coconut trees. Harvested by hand on the islands of Indonesia by our collective of organic farmers, Nira is the magic inside all of Big Tree Farms products. It’s low glycemic, unrefined and supports regenerative farming practices. Good for your family, the farmer and the environment, that’s the power of Nira.

Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc

Bion is a public company (OTC QB: BNET) whose mission is to provide sustainable environmental and economic solutions to the food and livestock industry and investment returns to its shareholders. Bion’s proven technology provides comprehensive treatment of livestock waste that largely eliminates its environmental impacts, while simultaneously recovering valuable assets from the waste stream, including renewable energy, nutrients and clean water that have traditionally been wasted or underutilized.

Direct treatment of livestock waste can provide high-impact and cost-effective improvements to a number of our Nation’s air, water and public health challenges – many of which have been directly tied to large-scale livestock production. Many in the livestock industry have made it clear they are ready to be engaged – with proven technologies like Bion’s, agriculture is poised to deliver high-impact cost-effective solutions to some of our Nation’s most pressing environmental issues.

Advanced resource recovery represents a much-needed cleantech solution for the $200 billion meat, egg and dairy industry that will improve its bottom-line. The technology platform creates new revenue sources and opportunities for the producer. Nutrients are converted to high-value fertilizer coproducts. The platform was designed to produce organic fertilizer products that will command a significantly higher price over synthetics. Projects will produce pipeline-quality renewable natural gas that can be used as a transportation fuel, qualifying for significant renewable energy credits.

Environmental benefits, as well as energy- and resource-efficiency improvements, are verified to satisfy EPA requirements. These verified credits can be traded or sold. This same verification process supports a sustainable brand, certified by the USDA’s Process-Verified-Program (PVP), that can be communicated to the consumer. Bion has already achieved conditional approval, pending resubmission and final inspections, for USDA certification – the Agency’s PVP is the gold standard in food certifications. Both consumers and activist investors are increasingly demanding improved sustainability in the animal-protein industry.
