Hand picked ingredients and authentic recipes are some of the ingredients that made the success of Karine & Jeff, but there is more to it. If Karine & Jeff’s organic cuisine offer such inimitable flavors, it is because our recipes have been crafted with love.

To offer consumers authentic and tasty cooked meals, we take the greatest care in the formulation of our recipes, combining the know-how of culinary traditions and the originality of our own creative touch.

We now offer a hundred organic recipes for all meals, from breakfast to dinner. This range testifies to our dual attachment to our south-west region and to the culinary traditions of the world, with a wide choice of recipes from local know-how – local recipes, soups, vegetable purées, cereals, natural vegetables. .. – and evocative travel recipes – Italy, West Indies, South America, India, Africa.

The products used are all from organic farming. They mainly come from local producers, with whom we maintain close relations. These products are carefully selected according to their taste qualities and production in accordance with our ethical values.

The vegetables come from about thirty producers,
mainly located in the greater south-west region. The olive and sunflower oils used in the composition of the recipes are produced by farmers who share our passion for taste and our quality requirements. For travel recipes, coral lentils from Turkey, quinoa from Bolivia, spices from India, Ceylon and Madagascar are selected according to the same criteria of excellence.

We have chosen to present our recipes in glass jars that allow you to appreciate their texture and color before opening. These recyclable jars bear witness to the quality of our cuisine and our environmental commitments.

Some 30 years ago, our founders envisioned the good that real food can do. They understood intuitively that real food has the power to do more than fill us with calories — it can create positive change in ourselves and in the world.

Knowledge Quest is the parent organization of Green Leaf Farms, a USDA Certified Organic urban micro-farm on a 3-acre campus in Memphis, TN. Strategic focus include K-12 education; community/economic development; and healthy food access and security.

On the farm, KQ students and community members learn how to grow food in ways that build community and increase the neighborhood’s access to healthy goods. Our students become healthy eaters, entrepreneurs, and advocates for social and environmental justice.
