Organic Week 2025 is nearly here! With just days to go before our community gathers in Washington, D.C., the Organic Trade Association is sharing a few last-minute reminders to help attendees prepare for a full agenda.

In this new video message, Irene Cardozo, OTA’s Director of Industry Marketing & Communications, highlights important updates for September 15–17, 2025, including:

  • Whova App: New this year, Whova is the official home for agenda details, session information, and interactive Q&A. Be sure to download it before you arrive.

  • Day One (Sept. 15): Join us for the Annual Member Meeting (4:15–5:00 p.m.) followed by the Organic Leadership Awards Celebration (6:00–7:30 p.m.), honoring this year’s organic champions.

  • Day Two (Sept. 16): Start your morning with Loop the Lincoln (7:00–9:00 a.m.) around the National Mall, then join us for another full day of programming. In the evening, cap off the day at the Nationals vs. Braves game (6:30 p.m.)—be sure to purchase your ticket in advance to sit with fellow organic attendees.

  • Day Three (Sept. 17): Participate in an inspiring advocacy keynote before heading to Capitol Hill for a day of congressional visits.

“This will be my first time experiencing Hill visits with OTA, and I’m so excited to share the energy of our community with policymakers,” says Cardozo.

OTA thanks our generous sponsors for making this week possible. From thought-provoking sessions to advocacy opportunities, Organic Week is where the organic movement comes together to learn, connect, and lead.
